**Earn up to $2,000 with the new Return to Work bonus from the State of Arizona. You may be eligible to receive a state sponsored bonus of up to $2,000 dollars if you work Full Time hours, and up $1,000 if you work Part Time hours. Caregiver Responsibilities:

* Assist with personal care

* Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation

Caregiver Qualifications:

* 6 months of in-home care service experience

* Able to pass a criminal background check

* Reliable transportation.

* Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
